Elaine Hsieh is the former head of programming for GreenBiz Group's VERGE events, focusing on how technology accelerates sustainability solutions across cities and industries, including energy, buildings, transportation, supply chains, food and water systems.

With over 20 years of experience consulting with Fortune 500 companies on sustainability, energy, green building and technology issues, Hsieh now works closely with public and private sector stakeholders who are on the cutting edge of an equitable, inclusive transition to a clean power grid, a zero-emissions transportation system and the circular economy.

Elaine's current focus is on building Third Derivative — a vertically-integrated global climate tech accelerator program that unites and aligns committed investors, global corporates, and RMI's market, regulatory, and policy experts (all the stakeholders needed to bridge gaps faster) supported by financing and insights along the way to allow innovations to progress more quickly.
